New year, new you

It's January and it's "Time to Get Active". You can dramatically improve your health and fitness by doing 30 minutes of exercise five times each week.
Exercise doesn't have to be boring, hard work or a long-term commitment. Try to be active for a total of 30 minutes on as many days as possible... even if it's just 10 minutes at a time.
Check out our website for details of a range of opportunities in Sandwell to Get Active.
