Freedom of Information
In the spirit of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Sandwell Council welcomes enquiries about its activities and routinely publishes a great deal of information about its services and its decision making processes which are of public interest.
Much of the information routinely published or which you can ask to see is listed in the Council's Publication Scheme.
If you would like to know more about how the Council's elected members make decisions and the issues they are currently considered or have considered in the past, the agendas, reports and minutes of the Council, its committees and executive are available on the Council's Committee Management Information System (CMIS).
If you cannot find the information you are looking for you can submit an online request under the Freedom of Information Act or contact us in writing at the above address.

The Council will normally respond to your request within 20 working days
