Rowley Regis Town Team was established to:

• Lead neighbourhood action within the town.
• Ensure communities participate at a neighbourhood level, articulating their concerns, needs and aspirations for the neighbourhood.
• Champion community concerns at neighbourhood/town level and within the Partnership ensuring individual agencies and the Partnership act as a collective in addressing community concerns.
• Prepare neighbourhood based Local Action Plans and a Town Strategy.
