The Gambling Act changed on 1st September 2007.

Take notice that the Council has now approved its revised Statement of Principles in accordance with Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.

The revised Statement of Principles will come into effect on 31st January 2010.

The published Statement of Principles can be viewed at any time, on or after 3rd January 2010.

The revised Statement will also be available for inspection at the offices of the Licensing Team, PO Box 42, Environment House, Lombard, West Bromwich, B70 8RU between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays.

The revised Statement may be inspected for a period of 4 weeks commencing 3rd January 2010.
