Customer services for Sandwell Council is made up of teams responsible for the different contact methods on offer to the people of Sandwell - telephone, letter, email, face to face or through the web.

Contact Sandwell is the contact centre where we can deal with enquiries over the telephone. Our main Switchboard phone number is (0845 358 2200). Please note that all calls received into the contact centre are recorded for Quality and Monitoring purposes.
One Stop Shop
Our One Stop Shop is based at Sandwell Council House in Oldbury, you can pop in and your enquiry will be dealt with face to face.

Our website provides a means for customers getting in touch with us, we provide a wide range of online facilities for customers to complete and submit.
We also offer contact by email so customers can contact us at their convenience.

The costs of calls to 0845 numbers are regulated for BT customers. Other providers’ charges are not regulated and may therefore vary so you should speak to your service provider for more information or advice. Maximum rates for BT customers are: 0845 calls are charged at up to 3.95p/min for BT customers; 0844. BT currently includes 0845 and 0870 numbers in Calling Plans so rates for most BT customers are lower than quoted above. If you’re not with BT you should check the cost of these calls with your provider. Calls from mobiles may be considerably more.
