A guide to the services provided by Sandwell Council's call centre.
Opening hours
Contact Sandwell is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday. We are also open on Saturdays 8.30am to 1.30 pm.

Recruitment
The phone number will be advertised with each particular vacancy. Application packs for jobs will be sent to you through the post or if you prefer this can be completed online. We will be asking you some additional questions ie your Date of birth or ethnic background for monitoring purposes.
Note- Please do not send CVs as these will not be accepted. Also, please address your application form to Employee services who will deal with your application.

Pop in and see us
If you wish to contact us face to face, you can visit us at the One Stop Shop located within the main Council House in Oldbury. One of our highly trained staff will greet you, will deal with enquiries that you have and will direct you as quickly as possible to the relevant service.
