One Stop Shop
At Sandwell Council we believe in providing excellent customer service in every contact.
The Oldbury One Stop Shop was officially launched in May 2006 with the primary function of dealing with face to face customer enquiries. Part of this modernisation of our service to customers was the installation of a Q-matic queuing system.
For your convience, we will have members of staff (floor walker) who will greet you as you enter reception and will be able to quickly direct you to the relevant service. Alternatively, there will be staff on the main desk who will be able to offer assistance.
If you have any disabilities or if you would prefer to speak to an advisor in another language please let our floorwalker know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

- Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm,
- Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
If you wish to contact us outside of these times, please call Contact Sandwell from 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday and 8.30am to 1.30 pm Saturdays.
The One Stop Shop is less busy between 8.00 am - 9.30 am and 3.30pm to 5.30 pm.
