Leisure Bookings Online

Book Squash courts online

The Leisure Bookings Online facility allows Leisure Pass members to book; Badminton, Squash and Sunbeds Online up to 7 days in advance. Payment is required for any activity booked Online at time of booking.

Further activities will be made available to book online in the future.

Library Online Resources

  • reserve items
  • use our online electronic resources - such as Britannica Online and Oxford Dictionary of National Biography.

Even if you're not a member you can search Sandwell Libraries' Catalogue on the internet. You can use it to look up stock in both Sandwell Public Libraries and Sandwell College Learning Centres.

Pay your Bills

Pay your bills onlineYou can pay for some of your council bills online using Sandwell's Online Payments Service. Bills such as Council Tax, Housing Rates and Business Rates can all be paid using the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Sola and Switch.

Planning Applications

Online planning systemOur online planning system contains planning, building and property information. You can search and view properties and property history details as well as review and comment on current applications.

Information may be retrieved through the application search, property search or by directly selecting properties from a map.

Dustbin lorrySandwell Council is responsible for the collection of domestic waste from over 120,000 households every week of which approximately 113,000 are individual households, with the remainder being multiple occupancy blocks of high-rise flats or maisonettes.

Report Dumped Rubbish (Fly Tipping)

Reprt dumped rubbishHelp clean up your neighbourhood, report illegally dumped rubbish. Please give us as much information as possible such as the location of the dumped rubbish, what type of rubbish has been dumped eg. bags, furniture etc. If you have actually seen the rubbish being dumped there is the opportunity to identify the offender.

Report GraffitiGraffiti is criminal damage and costs the nation one billion pounds a year, it can make an area look run down and neglected. You can inform Sandwell Council about graffiti in your neighbourhood e.g. spray painting on walls, markers pens, paints etc. using our online reporting form.

Report an Abandoned Vehicle

Report an abandoned vehicleYou can complete an online form to advise us of an abandoned vehicle.

You'll need to have the following information to hand (unless the vehicle is 'burnt out'); the location of the vehicle, the make and colour of the vehicle, the registration number of the vehicle, whether the vehicle has a current tax disc and the approximate amount of time the vehicle has been where it is.

You can report a problem with any item of "illuminated street furniture" on the public highway including, street lights, traffic signals and illuminated traffic signs and bollards or let us know if you feel that any such item needs improving or installing.

Apply for a Blue Badge

Sample Blue BadgeThe Blue Badge Scheme provides parking concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers. The Scheme also applies to registered blind people, and people with very severe upper limb disabilities who regularly drive a vehicle but cannot turn the steering wheel by hand.
