• your council tax account number – for council tax enquiries
• your business rates account number – for business rates enquiries 
• your benefit claim reference number – for benefit enquiries
• your date of birth or National Insurance Number – for benefit enquiries

If you do need to call our contact centre, your wait will be minimised by avoiding our busiest times of 10.00am – 3.00pm. In all instances, we aim to deal with your enquiry within 10 minutes of waiting.

Visit Our Counters

Visit us at our Enquiry Counters (Queuing system operates.)For all enquiries regarding Council Tax, Housing and Council Tax Benefit and Verification of Documents.

Every effort is made to ensure when you visit any of our enquiry points you are treated with respect and dignity. If possible, your query will be resolved without the need for you to contact us again, if however further information is required you will be advised accordingly.

Appointments are available upon request, however, if you do need to visit one of our counters, your wait will be minimised by avoiding our busiest times of 10.00am – 3.00pm. In all instances, we aim to deal with your enquiry within 30 minutes of arrival.
