Big School Meals Survey - Have your say

The 'Fresh' School Meals Service would like to know what you think of the meals they provide. If you choose not to eat school meals you can use the online survey to tell the Fresh Team why too. It will only take a few minutes to complete.

You will be entered into a free prize draw, the prize is a fantastic Wii Console with a Wii Fit.

A few minutes of your time could make a real difference.

The survey will close 24 September 2010.

Please note that the survey relates to school meals provided by 'Fresh Catering' and therefore does not apply to all Primary Schools in Sandwell - see survey question 1 for details.
