Extra books in the classroom
Teachers borrow boxes of books chosen to suit the age, ability and learning needs of pupils. Teachers' requests include National Curriculum subjects, books to support the literacy hour, general fiction and poetry, CD-ROM's and videos. A van service delivers and collects resources every term.
School Libraries
Pupils gain valuable information skills and a love of books from a school library that is attractive, well stocked and easy to use. Resource Matters helps schools to develop such libraries, through practical assistance, staff training and information skills sessions with pupils.
