In addition to the training and information sessions offered in response to the introduction of the new Standards and Performance Management regulations, the development of an extensive website, the creation of support documentation and a wide range of opportunities for whole school staff professional development; in June 2007 we launched a new programme bringing together professional development opportunities for schools, supported by an online booking system.

To underpin and support the work of professional development leaders we have developed a comprehensive package offering a range of opportunities, including one-to-one support tailored to individual needs. Additional adviser support can be purchased. The package also offers support for the training and development element of the SEF.
