The Inclusion Support Unit strives to maintain a high quality service at all times. If we fail to reach our quality standards or indeed have fulfilled them well, praise or complaints will be received and dealt with constructively.

Ideally these should be addressed to the professional concerned. However, if you feel unable to do this the praise or complaint should be addressed to line managers - (see our contacts page).
