If you need help or have any queries concerning applying for financial assistance you can visit us at the above address on Mondays (except bank holidays) between 9.00am and 5.00pm and Fridays 9.00am and 4.30pm. (As of 1st September 2008)

However, our main Reception at Shaftesbury House is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm each day (5.00pm on Fridays) where you can deposit forms, letters etc.
