  1. Scholarships, Bursaries or maintenance allowance tenable at any school, university or other place of learning approved by the Council.
  2. Financial assistance towards outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books to enable beneficiaries on leaving school, university or any other educational establishment to prepare for or to assist with their entry into a profession, trade or calling.
  3. The award of scholarships or maintenance allowances to enable beneficiaries to travel abroad to pursue their education.
  4. To enable beneficiaries to study music or other arts.
Residents of West Bromwich, under the age of 25.
