Sandwell has four distinctive Residential Education Centres in beautiful settings, offering comfortable facilities and a warm welcome.

The Centres provide high quality residential education in the fields of outdoor education, humanities, environmental science, and visual and performing arts. All courses promote personal, social and health education through structured programmes of activity and the shared residential experience.

Activities available range from mountain and water based outdoor pursuits at Plas Gwynant in Snowdonia, to dance, drama, music, and visual art at stately Ingestre Hall near Stafford; environmental exploration and outdoor activities at Frank Chapman Centre in the Wyre Forest; geographical and historical discovery and environmental adventure at Edgmond Hall in rural Shropshire.

Courses are available during the week, at weekends, and during many school holiday periods. Day visits are available at Edgmond Hall and Frank Chapman Centre.

Conference facilities are available at Ingestre Hall.

All courses, whether tutored or largely self-programmed, are prepared with the specific needs of each group in mind. The Centres are staffed by enthusiastic, professional teams committed to providing high quality.

Further details and availability are obtainable from individual Centres.
