Rubbish not collected

To tell us that your rubbish has not been collected please use the online form or call Contact Sandwell on 0845 359 7501.
We will arrange for a collection within two working days, as long as access to your rubbish was made available.

Get a new dustbin

To order a new bin check the current dustbin price then:

• Order a new dustbin online or
• call Contact Sandwell on 0845 359 7501 to pay by payment card over the telephone or
• Download a printable form

Completed dustbin request forms should be returned with payment, where appropriate, to the following:

• by post or in person to Highways and Environment, Portway Depot, Shidas Lane, Oldbury, B69 2BP
• or in person to any of the cash offices located throughout the borough.

Litter bins

Litter bins are emptied twice a week, apart from town centres where they are emptied daily.
