Achieving Excellence: Improving Lives
The storyboard project aims to communicate outcomes for people who use our services. Each document tells the story of a key programme of work that is making a difference to the lives of people in Sandwell.
They each aim to answer:
- What is the issue?
- What did we do?
- What outcomes have been achieved?
- What are we going to do next?
