Adult Services and Health is the part of Adult and Community Services that delivers social care services for adults. If you are ill, disabled, or are taking on new caring responsibilities, you may need support, advice, information or practical help. We can advise you on, or help you to arrange, a variety of services to assist you.

Who to contact

If you are an adult and need some help or advice for yourself or for someone you are caring for, you should contact one of our adult social care fieldwork teams that deal with new enquiries. If you are already receiving social care services from us, then you can contact us on the number that you normally use.

Emergency Out of Hours Team

The Out of Hours team provides help in an emergency after the day time services close, at night, at weekends, and during public holidays.
