You must have an assessment of need to access the community meals service.

Who does it?

If you are able to heat up a meal, nutritionally balanced frozen meals will be delivered to your home.

If you cannot heat up your own meal there is a hot meals service.

Your local adults team can do an assessment to find out if you need this service.

Is there a charge?

There may be a charge for this service, depending on the amount of service received and individual need and financial circumstances. This will form part of your assessment.
