The Council now offers affordable Home Improvement Loans through the Kickstart Scheme to homeowners who receive a means tested benefit or are on a low income.

External Improvement Schemes

The Council also carries out External Improvments Schemes in the form of grant assistance to homeowners to externally improve blocks of houses but this is subject to available funding. You will be contacted direct should your property become eligible for one of these schemes.

Sandwell Warm Zone

Sandwell Warm Zone is working with Sandwell Council to try to improve energy efficiency and safety for Sandwell's residents on a means tested benefit or low income.
