Housing Options
If you are at risk of losing your home or becoming homeless please contact the Sandwell Homes Housing Options Team for comprehensive housing advice.
Their aim is to help people before they reach a housing crisis. If you are experiencing housing problems or need some housing advice please do not hestitate to contact them. There is often things they can do in the early stages of problems developing which help to prevent situations worsening.
If homelessness cannot be prevented then the Housing Options teams will make an assessment under the homelessness legislation in order to ensure that help is available to resolve homelessness. Under these circumstances temporary accommodation and supported housing may be made available.
Out Of Hours Emergency Service
If you become Homeless outside of normal office hours and have nowhere to stay for the night, please contact Housing Options Out of Hours Service on 0121 525 4688 who will contact the Out Of Hours emergency service team who will guide you further.
The Housing Options Team are based in West Bromwich sharing accommodation with West Bromwich Housing Service Centre and other Sandwell Homes Services.
