The supporting People Directory of Service is now available. This new website has details of housing-related support services and accommodation right across England.Can I get help with my support Charges?
If you are paying your Support charge in full, and are not eligible for Housing Benefit, you may be able to receive assistance with your housing support costs by applying for a fairer charging financial assessment. You can also request a full welfare benefit check. If you would like to find out more please contact Sandwell Supporting People Team.
How can I get involved?
If you using a service funded by Supporting People, we want to know what you think of the service.
The Sandwell Supporting People Team has to review all of the services provided through Supporting People to make sure that the service you receive is good quality and offers value for money when we do a review, we ask to meet with people who use the service.

What do I do if there is a problem with my service
If you are not happy, you have the right to complain often it is best to complain to the organisation that provides the service. They will tell you how to make a complaint. If you do not want to complain to them you can either contact the Supporting People Team or Sandwell Council Customer Services
