Supporting People is a national programme that requires Local Authorities, Probation and Health to work in partnership to plan, commission and fund housing-related support service.
The Partnership Board
The Partnership Board meets monthly. Its role is to inform and advise the commissioning Body by making proposals and recommendations on changes in strategies and development. It oversee the work of the Supporting People Team & assists with operational decision when required.
