Leisure and Culture
Cultural provision is very important to Sandwell Council. We know that it improves the quality of life for people in the Borough our annual residents survey tells us this. We are developing and improving provision on a daily basis and want to make sure that cultural facilities and opportunities are at the heart of each of our towns. We always welcome feedback from local residents about leisure and cultural activities and facilities within the Borough. If your observations are about a specific service, you may want to make your points to a manager directly involved in delivering that service, and you will find their contact details in the relevant pages via the left-hand-side navigation bar. Tell us what you think about Arts, Museums and Sports provision in Sandwell
Sandwell Council are seeking the views of local residents about arts, heritage and sports facilities in the Borough, to help us understand what kind of facilities and services residents would like. We are seeking a wide range of views, and will use the findings to make improvements to the ways these services are delivered. You can contribute your views by completing the survey online or collecting a survey from a Council building.

- The Museum Service is celebrating after picking up a prestigious customer service award. Following a two day assessment, the service has been awarded a Government-backed Charter Mark, which recognised excellence in customer service.

We've secured a second prestigious Green Flag for Victoria Park, Tipton. This joins the Green Flag already flown in Haden Hill Park and Corngreaves Nature Reserve, and cements Sandwell MBC's position amongst a select band of parks around the country who achieve and maintain excellent environmental standards.
