Details: An exhibition looking at many aspects of Wednesbury's history from medieval times to the present.

A Gallery of Pub Signs, a Talk by Ian Bott

Date: Friday 26th March
Time: 1.30pm
Cost: £1 including refreshments

Details: Local historian Ian Bott is back again with one of his informative talks complete with slide show.

Easter 'Drop in' Workshops

Date: Throughout April
Time: 10.30am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 3.30pm
Cost: 50p per item made

Teddy Bears Picnic Storytelling and Toddlers Workshops

Date: Thursday 15th April

Regular Events

Sandwell Stride Walks

It is a great way to get some exercise, enjoy a walk and the fresh air of some of Sandwell’s best parks and nature reserves. All walks are led by a trained Walk Leader, all ages and abilities are welcome, and refreshments are available on many walks. Coordinator 0121 612 1400 or 07814 540 853.

Walk 2: Beijing to London

The programme is open to people who live, work or study in Sandwell. People who take part are given a step counter and a diary to record how far they walk each day. Once you get started it can be a fun challenge to try to think of new ways to get a bit more walking in! Anyone wishing to take part can call 0800 011 4656 to register.

Learn to Swim with Sandwell Leisure Trust

Date: Various Times and Days
Venue: Wednesbury Leisure Centre
Details: Swimming Lessons for all ages and abilities from 5yrs to adult. Parent and Toddler and one-to-one session are subject to availability. Learn to swim in a safe and warm environment with our friendly and fully qualified instructors. Book now for your 30 minute lesson.
