Music and Film
Compact Discs and DVDs are available in Sandwell Libraries.
Film
DVDs for children are available from all libraries in Sandwell. These include cartoon strips and animated stories, favourite TV programmes and children's feature films.
DVDs for adults, including TV comedy and drama, feature films and music, as well as educational and instructional DVDs, are available from the following libraries:-
DVDs can be borrowed for one week. Charges operate on a sliding scale from £1.50- £3.00 (full price) and from 75p- £1.50 (concessionary rate).
Compact Discs
Compact Discs (including Asian music CDs) are available for loan at the following libraries:-
CD collections cater for a variety of music tastes from rock and pop to classical, from rap and reggae to garage, from Asian music to middle-of-the-road.
CDs are available to loan for two weeks for a charge of 50p per item, or 25p if you are eligible for the concessionary rate.
Reservations for all music and film items currently in stock are free.
