  • The library has full wheelchair access and a lift to the library on the first floor.

Tipton Library is a large modern library situated in the town centre and near to Tipton Railway Station.

We have a Learning Centre offering 15 computers with free public access to the internet.

The Local History collection includes items for loan, rare reference books and parish and census records for researching family and local history. The library also includes Tipton Heritage Centre Tipton Heritage Centre with items of historical interest on display.

  • Tuesday - 9.30am to 1.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.00pm

  • Friday - 9.30am to 1.00pm, 2.00pm to 7.00pm
  • Saturday - 9.30am to 4.00pm,
  • Sunday - Closed
