Hamstead Library is situated in the Tanhouse Community Centre on the Hamstead Road. It opened in 1993, having moved from Broome Avenue.
The library offers a weekly story time session at 10.15am on Mondays during term time. A host of other activities, author visits and family events are often advertised in the press.
