Enquire is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online enquiry service staffed by librarians in the UK and around the World.

• You can use it anytime, from anywhere

How does it work?

Enquire uses instant messaging or chat, so you can ask library staff questions, just as if you were talking to them face to face or on the phone.

Enquire is an international service, so please remember that you may NOT be chatting to a librarian from Sandwell.
