The six towns are Oldbury (which included the Oldbury, Langley and Warley), Rowley Regis (which included Rowley Village, Blackheath, Cradley Heath, and part of Old Hill), Smethwick, Tipton (which included Great Brdge), Wednesbury, and West Bromwich.
