These range from demonstrations of farming skills such as shearing and buttermaking, to wood carving and wood turning.

Spinning and weaving demonstrations by local spinners and weavers always prove popular with visitors, giving children the chance to try their hand at traditional crafts. The shearing and spinning weekend this year will be over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May.
