We offer a wide range of group fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness, programme details are available on our latest timetable. Our range of Group Fitness sessions includes:

Aerobics

Motivating high & low impact moves to improve cardio-vascular fitness. Great for fat burning. Includes a floor work section.

Aquafit

Refreshing workout in the pool. Also suitable for senior exercisers, or ante & post natal customers. Non swimmers welcome.

Body Conditioning

A non impact workout for upper & lower body. Equipment, such as rubber resistance bands may be used.

Box-a-cise

A circuit session using unique boxing exercises & techniques to produce the ultimate fitness & toning workout. Great for all levels fitness.

Cardio Combat

A non-contact class combining elements of traditional martial arts to give a great cardiovascular and whole body workout.

Circuit Training

Workout at different cardio-vascular, strength & endurance stations. Station examples: skipping, sit ups, shuttle runs & press ups.

Cycle-Fit

Each participant rides their own specially designed Cycle-Fit bike. The class experience an all terrain stationary cycle ride.

50+ Aerobics & Circuits 

Fun & enjoyable class for men & women aged over 50. Can help to improve mobility to keep you active.

Multi-Activity & Extend Sessions

Designed for 50+ and Over 60's. Combines fitness and social activities. Gentle, sociable exercise session for anyone aged over 50 and those who are less able or those with joint / mobility problems.

Fitness Pilates

A fitness based class that mixes original Pilates exercises with modern research and techniques. An easy to follow, body conditioning class aimed at healthy adults that will increase muscular balance and strength.

Fitness Yoga

Yoga postures, Pilates exercises & deep stretching to help improve flexibility & muscle endurance. Participants must have no hip, knee or back problems.

Fit4Kidz

A NEW initiative to improve childrens health. A high energy 90 minute session organised games and free play, where fun and participation are the key elements. The session uses a variety of equipment such as parachute, wobble boards, space hoppers, bean bags and balls and are led by fully trained Fit4Kidz instructors.

Salsa Aerobics

Sassy away those pounds with this hi-low impact class. Let it all go as you sway to the rhythm of the salsa and experience that Latin feel.

Step

Cardio-vascular workout that also tones the lower body. Great for fat burning. Step is an enjoyable alternative to Aerobics. Why not give it a go?!

StreetDance (Adults)

A fantastic class which fuses hip hop dance with exercise to music. A great experience and fitness workout for all abilities.

Thighs, Tums & Bums

Non impact class that concentrates on these specific areas. Helps to tone these major muscle groups.

Triple Challenge

Energetic workout comprising circuits, combat and strength. Try this one for that little bit more! Can you take the pace?!
