i.gym provides a range of fun interactive sessions for all ages from 5years+ utilising an exciting range of new interactive fitness equipment.

Primarily targeting young people this facility hosts a range of interactive sessions including; i.kidz, i.gym juniors, i.gym girls, Disco Tech, Family, adult, group, club and school sessions utilising an exciting range of new interactive kit; Dance Mats, Exer-Stations and Sports Walls in conjunction with traditional gym equipment.

i.gym has been funded in partnership with the TripleS project, The TripleS programme is supported by the andwell Partnership, funded by the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund.
