QUEST Accreditation
Smethwick Swimming Centre was awarded Quest Accreditation in February 2008. Quest accreditation is a industry service standard award which is awarded to leisure centres who demonstrate excellent levels of customer service, health & safety, marketing etc.
Extensive refurbishment work has now been completed to main pool roof area and changing room facilities. The centre is now open for normal operation.
