Fit4Kidz
A NEW initiative to improve childrens health. A high energy 90 minute session organised games and free play, where fun and participation are the key elements. The session uses a variety of equipment such as parachute, wobble boards, space hoppers, bean bags and balls and are led by fully trained Fit4Kidz instructors.

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9.30am - 8.00pm. Please check with Centre for specific programme and facility opening times.
