REDi Fitness is the latest fitness initiative from Sandwell Leisure Trust, offering both traditional and the latest physical activity sessions, delivered in your venue and your convenience.

NEW Gym at Haden Hill Leisure Centre . . .
Following a £160,000 investment the gym at Haden Hill Leisure Centre has had major refurbishment works to expand the gym facility. A new branded gym, SynerGym Fitness has now opened, seeing the original gym being expanded.
SynerGym Fitness boasts the latest range of CV equipment complete with built in TV and audio screens, along with an extensive range of premier weights and resistance equipment. In addition to the new equipment a new air-conditioning unit has been installed along with a new assessment room.

Midlands 1st Interactive Fitness Facility . . .
Haden Hill leisure Centre has opened the first interactive fitness facility of its kind in the Midlands called i.Gym. This fantastic facility provides an interactive exercise and fitness experience for all ages although particularly targeted at young people. Refurbishment work at Smethwick Swimming Centre . . .
Extensive building work including changing room refurbishments are now complete. Some outstanding work to improve the facilities is continuing which may cause some minor disruptions to normal services, contact Smethwick Swimming Centre for further details and programme times.

Leisure Trust gets Gold for Health and Safety...
Sandwell Leisure Trust have become the first Leisure Trust in the country to receive a prestigious health and safety award. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) gave SLT the Gold standard in their Occupational Health and Safety Awards.
