Anti-social Behaviour

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) erodes the quality of life for local people and spoils the neighbourhood where people live.

Personal disputes and feuds between neighbours will only be considered anti-social behaviour where they affect other members of the community.

If you have a problem with your neighbour you should attempt to discuss the matter with them before approaching any of the agencies, unless you think that it is unsafe to do so. Involving an outside agency may escalate the problem. If there are ongoing problems or issues it may be helpful for you to record them on the Anti-Social Behaviour Incident Diary.
