Anti-social Behaviour
Sandwell Council works closely with West Midlands Police and other organisations through the Safer Sandwell Partnership to tackle anti-social behaviour.
If there is an anti-social behaviour problem in your neighbourhood, please report it to us on 0845 359 7500, text Sandwell ASB plus your message to 60003 or email contact@sandwell.gov.uk
We want to ensure all people reporting anti-social behaviour receive a fair and high quality service.
We are therefore introducing our Anti-Social Behaviour Promise. This explains the standards of service you can expect from us when you report anti-social behaviour.
You can read our draft Anti-Social Behaviour Promise and let us know your thoughts. We will be fine tuning our Promise and agreeing some more specific details over the coming weeks before publicising it more widely.
Anti-social behaviour can erode the quality of life for local people and spoil the neighbourhood where people live. Working together, we can beat it.
For information on the Anti-Social Behaviour Promise or to share your thoughts on it, please contact:

If
you have a problem with your neighbour you should attempt to discuss
the matter with them before approaching any of the agencies, unless you
think that it is unsafe to do so. Involving an outside agency may
escalate the problem. If there are ongoing problems or issues it may be helpful for you to record them on the Anti-Social Behaviour Incident Diary.
