Adoption of New Roads

It is the Council's standard practice to adopt new roads under section 38 of the Highways Act, 1980.  For advice on specifications and procedures please contact the Council using the details below:

If you live in a road that is not currently adopted and you wish to find out about the possibility of its adoption contact the Council using the details below:
