Make Sure You Park Correctly

  • Do not stay longer than the time printed on the ticket.
  • You must observe the time limits in the car park which are shown on the Pay & Display machines, so do not purchase additional tickets for your stay.

On-street Facilities for Disabled Persons

Normal rules for disabled person’s badge holders apply on-street where waiting restrictions are in place. A number of bays have been marked for disabled badge holders only. You must not park in these without displaying a valid badge.

Badge holders should note that between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, they must not wait in these bays for longer than two hours.

Who Can Park Without Payment?

  • Charges do not apply to two-wheeled vehicles. Note that this does not include motor cycles with a sidecar attached
  • Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may park for any length of time in any marked bay, free of charge.

These exemptions also apply to parking in on-street Pay and Display bays.
