Penalty Charge Notices/Appeals and Payments
Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) may be issued to vehicles:
- which park on yellow lines.
- park during restricted hours.
- park for longer than the time allowed.
- which fail to correctly display a valid Pay & Display ticket, where appropriate, (it must be displayed so that the details can be read by a parking attendant).
- park in spaces reserved for loading, residents' permit holders, disabled badge holders, taxis or motor cycles.
It is important to read the signs to observe the times and conditions of operation of any such restrictions.
