Residents are reminded that the Contact Centre is open 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 1.30pm on Saturdays.

The traditional office hours of 9am-5pm are the busiest time for the Centre so to avoid waiting, it is recommended that residents utilise the full opening hours.

The Contact Centre handles calls regarding Anti-Social Behaviour, Job Applications, Environmental Services (dustbins and recycling) and General Enquiries. Calls are charged at a local rate.
